Mems-ID raises $1.33 million in 2nd round of funding

HIBCC AU member, Mems-ID, has announced that it had rasied $1.33 million for its second round of funding towards to commercialisation of the MEMS-ID RFID technology.

The funds will be used to accelerate the development and proof of concept, with the anticipation that the product will be delivered to market by mid 2007.
